ALHR has lodged a submission in relation to the Modern Slavery Act 2018 Draft Guidance for Reporting Entities (Draft Guidance). ALHR welcomes the Draft Guidance as an essential document in supporting reporting entities to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) (Act), and as a means to ensuring the overall effectiveness of the Act.
