Benedict Coyne, Queensland State Convenor of Australian Lawyers for Human Rights (ALHR) has written an opinion piece on Queensland’s attempt at adopting a Bill of Rights. Benedict has co-spearheaded the movement for a Qld Charter of Rights which is now before a Parliamentary Committee of Inquiry.
